Art in a Box

Art in a Box at the Philadelphia Sketch Club features the work of three local artists who utilize the box format, but the similarities of the artwork rests at that point. The humorous and sometimes biting satire of the work of Bob Jackson, the soulful reflection in the work of Wayne Urffer, and the textural raw approach of Robert Willis give the viewer much to contemplate.

This special exhibition runs from October 9 through November 31 in the first floor gallery. Viewing hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1 – 5:00. The Philadelphia Sketch Club is located at 235 S. Camac Street in center city Philadelphia . The exhibition is free and open to the public. On view in the upstairs gallery, the annual juried photography exhibition.
