Philadelphia Cityscapes at the Sketch Club

Beginning April 10 through May 1, the Philadelphia Sketch Club will host Philadelphia Cityscapes, an exhibition showcasing the work of 11 area artists who depict the urban landscape in a variety of media. Participating artists include Daniel Cavaliere, Cyndy Drue, Sam Fritch, Frances Galante, Leon Graff, Katya Held, Mary Ledwith, Scott Noel, Arthur Ostroff, Charlotte Schatz, and Chris Zmigewski. An opening reception will be held on Sunday, April 10 from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. This event is free and open to the public. Also showing in our lower floor gallery: Printmakers Yesterday and Today at the Philadelphia Sketch Club.

The Philadelphia Sketch Club is an active regional arts organization that holds workshops, exhibitions, and a permanent collection of American Art from the late 19th and 20th centuries, and provides a supportive and nurturing atmosphere to artists.

Located at 235 South Camac Street (between 12th and 13th, Locust and Spruce), the Philadelphia Sketch Club is conveniently situated and accessible by many public transportation routes. Regular gallery hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00.
