Mission:
The mission of the Philadelphia Sketch Club is to support and nurture working
visual artists, the appreciation of the visual arts, visual arts education,
and the historical value of the visual arts to the community.
br />
America's oldest continuously operating club for professional artists and their admirers. Since 1860 the PSC has served as a meeting place, forum for ideas, and vital bridge between the creators and supporters of contemporary art. Past luminaries have included such American masters as Eakins and Anshutz. Present luminaries could include YOU!
We welcome all to the Club, and urge professional artists to join in our continuing heritage.
