To enter your work for an upcoming exhibition, log into EntryThingy.

- Log into EntryThingy with your account, or create a user ID and password if you do not already have one (EntryThingy provides instructions for creating an account on their login screen).
- Find the Call for Entries you wish to enter.
- Review the submissions requirements and instructions to find out if your work is eligible. All important information may be found in the Prospectus for each show.
- Enter your submissions. You must upload images and required details (title, dimensions, materials, and price) for EACH of your works before submitting. Use this Add Piece button.
- Submit and continue to payment. You may pay via card or Paypal.
Note: EntryThingy has implemented a new interface. If you log in using a previously saved link or bookmark to EntryThingy, there is a chance it will load the old interface, which will not allow you to complete your submission. Please use the link on this page.

Workshops Exhibition 2026
Our Workshops Exhibition is back! Join us in celebrating the hard work of our models, monitors, and volunteers.
The 2026 Workshops Exhibition is an open, NON-JURIED* show for works created at or inspired by Workshops at the Philadelphia Sketch Club, including Open Studios, Printmaking, Watercolor Courses, or any other PSC Workshop Offering. Artists may submit up to 2 works.
All works MUST be framed and wired to hang OR mounted on board. Works deemed unsuitable upon delivery will not be displayed. All work MUST be offered for sale.
If known, artists are encouraged to note the featured model in the work.
* All ELIGIBLE works (up to 120 pieces) are accepted by default. You will be notified if your submissions are NOT eligible.

162nd Small Oils Exhibition
Our historic 162nd Small Oils Exhibition returns this September. We are now accepting entries!
This is an open, juried show for paintings where the principal medium is oil paint, acrylic, casein, tempera, or other mediums used to represent oil painting. This is not a works on paper or water medium exhibition, although oil on paper is acceptable. Maximum size for any one dimension is 20″ (excluding frame).You may submit up to 10 works. Maximum accepted works per artist is 2.
*Paintings must be framed unless framing is not intended for the work. All items must be wired for hanging (no hooks, brackets, or holes).*
