Enter an Exhibition

To enter your work for an upcoming exhibition, log into EntryThingy.

  1. Log into EntryThingy with your account, or create a user ID and password if you do not already have one (EntryThingy provides instructions for creating an account on their login screen).
  2. Find the Call for Entries you wish to enter.
  3. Review the submissions requirements and instructions to find out if your work is eligible. All important information may be found in the Prospectus for each show.
  4. Enter your submissions. You must upload images and required details (title, dimensions, materials, and price) for EACH of your works before submitting.
  5. Submit and continue to payment. You may pay via card or Paypal.

Note: EntryThingy has implemented a new interface. If you log in using a previously saved link or bookmark to EntryThingy, there is a chance it will load the old interface, which will not allow you to complete your submission. Please use the link on this page.

Phillustration 17

Submissions are now open for Phillustration 17, our 17th annual illustration exhibition at the Philadelphia Sketch Club!

This is an open, juried show for illustrative works. Traditional mediums are highly encouraged; both traditional and digital illustrations are eligible.

Any work of illustration is welcome, including sequential, editorial, self-published, children’s book, advertising and institutional, self-promotional and unpublished, traditional or digital media. Student entries are strongly encouraged! Works created using AI are not eligible in any PSC exhibition. All works MUST be framed and wired to hang.

Deadline for online submissions: 11:59 PM Friday, March 13th, 2026
