
To enter your work for an upcoming exhibition, log into EntryThingy.
Log into EntryThingy Here.
- Log into EntryThingy with your account, or create a user ID and password if you do not already have one (EntryThingy provides instructions for creating an account on their login screen).
- Find the Call for Entries you wish to enter.
- Review the submissions requirements and instructions to find out if your work is eligible. All important information may be found in the Prospectus for each show.
- Enter your submissions. You must upload images and required details (title, dimensions, materials, and price) for EACH of your works before submitting. Use this Add Piece button.
- Submit and continue to payment. You may pay via card or Paypal.
Note: EntryThingy has implemented a new interface. If you log in using a previously saved link or bookmark to EntryThingy, there is a chance it will load the old interface, which will not allow you to complete your submission. Please use the link on this page.

Somewhere I’ve Been
We’re excited to open submissions for our new exhibition coming this June, “Somewhere I’ve Been.”
- Somewhere I’ve Been is an open, juried exhibition exploring travel, place, and personal geography. You may submit up to 10 works. Maximum accepted works per artist is 2. We welcome artwork inspired by:
- Travel & journeys
- Landscapes & environments
- Memory & identity tied to a place
- Vacation or escape
- Everyday spaces and “stay-cations”
Submitted pieces may be 2D or 3D in any medium and must explore the theme of “Somewhere I’ve Been.” All works MUST be framed and wired to hang.

Art as Civic Voice
Celebrating this year’s United States Semiquincentennial, Art as Civic Voice invites artists to consider the role of creative expression within public life. This exhibition seeks works that engage with art as a form of civic participation, social dialogue, and reflection.
Artists are encouraged to interpret “civic voice” broadly. Submissions may explore:
- The history, people, and evolving identity of Philadelphia
- The role of art in shaping or responding to democratic processes, governance, and public discourse
- How visual culture influences political thought and activism
- Art as a tool for social change
- The construction and preservation of collective memory across communities and generations
- Other interpretations
Submitted pieces may be 2D or 3D in any medium and must explore the theme of “Art as Civic Voice” All works MUST be framed and wired to hang. This show is not juried. Artists may submit a maximum of 2 works.
Deadline for online submissions: 11:59 PM Sunday, June 14th
