New: Guided Open Studio

This new weekly session builds on the format of our traditional open studio figure drawing workshops, now with the added benefit of live instruction and demonstrations led by fellow Sketch Club artists. 

This session is open to artists of all skill levels and functions as both a traditional open studio and an optional guided workshop. Artists who choose the guided option will receive one-on-one support to strengthen their figure drawing fundamentals—covering key concepts such as anatomy, proportion, measuring, and strategies for drawing from a live model. Instruction is optional, but all participants are encouraged to actively engage with fellow artists, share techniques, and collaborate in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Each session includes a mix of short and long poses, with a one-hour long pose following several warm-ups. No prior sign-up is needed—just drop in and join us for a Saturday afternoon of artistic exploration, shared learning, and community.
